While not the feature attraction at Virgin Falls State Natural Area in White County, TN, Big Laurel Falls is impressive in it's own right. Water plunges 30+ feat onto large boulders, and instead of flowing off, the water is completely absorbed into the ground. Also, a large amphitheater-style cave is behind the waterfall.
As a point of reference on how big this is, that's my wife near the base of the waterfall.
